Return policy: If shoes are out of stock or on back order you will be contacted ASAP to find out if you would like a refund or wait on merchandise. If you can't be reached via phone or email within 48 hours the order will be processed to wait on merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise to Bluelight Shoes. Email us for return confirmation and mail it with the original sale receipt, within 14 business days of purchase. Please note, ALL MERCHANDISE INCLUDING defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Exchanges are NOT available. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise. Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). Completed return form (provided via email) Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. The warehouse will inspect merchandise send back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post. NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer.
